Ethan Burns sends event form info including a forwarded message explicitly stating: "Both FSW and Non FSW must sign, print, and bring it to the event." This is the first clear written communication of the print requirement.

4 days after Ethan R. submitted the online form as instructed, Slash DMs at midnight with a new requirement: it must also be physically printed and signed. Ethan R. points out he was only told to submit it online.
Just before the April 9th event I need to ask
1. Do you have your consent for signed in printed (we now need non FSW members to also sign it and print it)

Ethan Burns checks in Apr 7 about signup. Ethan R. says yes to being put down as attending. That night Ethan Burns follows up. Ethan R. responds at midnight sharing a screenshot of the Slash DMs showing the print requirement dispute. Ethan Burns' "^^^" and "i then told you this" were both direct replies pointing back to his own Apr 5 message stating the form must be printed. Ethan Burns' two "^" messages at 1:15 AM were replies to Ethan R.'s printer accessibility comments, using them sarcastically as examples of Ethan R. being a smartass.

The matter of the fact is, SE wants to be careful because we are involving the public, and its the first time A CLUB is doing this, so to avoid any trouble, they have to do this, so we can set a precedent that its alright and we can ease up. The matter of the fact is, if we cant verify that you are with someone from FSW, then they cant get in period. We dont have to do any of this extra things to accomadate people, but we are. We have sent out emails the first chance i could, are we are trying to get eveything set because this will open up alot of doors for all campuses

Burns' Girlfriend Reaches Out with School Threat

After Ethan Burns removes Ethan R. from the GC and the servers go offline, Burns' girlfriend (Cloveisawitch / Jasmine) reaches out threatening to involve Brenda. Ethan R. responds calmly and clearly, provides proof of the server arrangement, explains his reasoning, and states there was no TOS or formal agreement. She declines to resolve things and says they will be fine.

He decided to escalate by removing my role and rank at GC, and if im no longer associated or in a leadership position why would I continue to host and administrate something im kicked out of
if he wants to talk again in a few days and resolve things diplomatically fine by me, otherwise good luck with FSW administration as game club and fsw were not bound by any TOS or agreement on my end.
